Steam Buns What's so special
about these buns? They're steamed, not baked.
The dough used for these buns are not as gluttonous
as typical buns, but are more fluffy and light.
Imagine traditional Chinese fillings (sweet
roast pork, egg custard, etc) wrapped in clouds.
Often smaller versions are served as dimsums
at restaurants. We have them available hot
out of the oven.
